The Villa

What's in the villa?
The villa has a central air conditioning system that will maintain the required temperature and with ceiling fans fitted in the main rooms the air is more evenly distributed for added comfort.
When you want to relax you can either sit in comfort in the lounge where you will find cable tv, dvd player, or there is the games room where you will find a full size pool table, air hockey, dart board, playstation2 and a foosball game.
The computer has FREE high speed (Dsl) wireless internet access and free international phone calls to help you stay in touch and plan your trips/days out.

The patio doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for child safety.

Feeling like some fresh air?
Where better to either start or end the day than in your own fully screened and heated pool, which has pool furniture for the less energetic.
If you have reached your quota of sun for the day there is also a covered area to keep you in the shade with a fan for added cooling.

And so to bed !

The four bedrooms are equipped as follows :
1.A queen size bed with en-suite bathroom & 25" Tv
2.A second queen size bed in a bright room
3.Twin beds opening onto the second bathroom
4.Twin beds also opening onto the second bathroom

All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and large closets with lots of hanging space.

Time for breakfast ?
The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to do as much or as little cooking as you like.
There is an electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, coffee grinder, kettle (not common), dishwasher, fridge/freezer (with ice & water dispenser in door), waste disposal, and of course all the pots, pans & china you should need.

Just in case !
There is a washing machine and drier in the laundry area as well as iron & ironing board for when the clothes that you thought you had plenty of run out.

The management company
Our management company live nearby, so if you have any problems they are only a few minutes away and will be happy to help you.
This also means that unlike a lot of other villas you can drive straight to your villa and get the keys from our secure collection point rather than driving to some office in a different part of town to find an agent to let you in.
