The price varies between high, mid and low season  but as a rough guide it is about $140 per night in high season, $125 per night in mid season and $110 in low. (other villas are sometimes advertised with a lower rate but there is tax to add, whereas our rate is inclusive of tax)

Remember that this price is for the villa and there is no extra charge for the number of guests up to the max limit of 10.

When you decide on your dates we take a  booking deposit to reserve them, this booking deposit becomes a security deposit (Unless you use our booking service which allows a waiver fee instead of the security deposit) when you pay the full rental amount due, and it will be refunded after checks on house & contents are done after your departure. (appx 1 week)

Please be aware that dates in peak season can fill up very quickly so to avoid disappointment book your dates as soon as possible
