out of your villa and around the estate and you will find you have access to various communal facilities
including : A child's play area with swings, slides etc, Tennis courts and a large communal swimming pool.

As our villa is situated on a golf community you could take advantage of the on-site 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course which has practice areas, driving range and putting green
to iron out the wrinkles before you hit the course for real. The
club house can hire out everything from clubs to buggy if you require them and as you are staying on-site
you will be able to avail yourself of discounts and be able to play within minutes of leaving the villa.

Shopping At the
side entrance to the estate (a short walk away) there are a number of shops including a publix supermarket & pharmacy,
food outlets, fuel and banking. A five minute drive down the road will get you to a Walmart superstore, pharmacy and
fuel. About 10 mins away is the Westgate area of the 192 with a wide selection of eating places, bars and
shops. Having easy access to the I4 highway means
you can get to all the out of town malls etc easily via straightforward routes avoiding the often very congested central /
east end of the 192. Disney & the other
parks A trip of about 15 mins should see you into Disney, and all of the
